1.    Removes the following criteria for a school district to qualify for crisis management team intervention:

a)    is located in a county with a population between 200,000 and 220,000 persons;

b)   is a unified school district; and

c)    reported an average daily membership between 190 to 210.

2.    Allows, rather than requires, the crisis management team to intervene at a qualified school district.
